Sweet :) I am almost an expert on butchering hogs after that. Reality sets in and I know there is a lot more too it, but a big Thank You, for your step by step. Having some knowledge of how it all breaks down, makes me a little wiser when going to butcher. Really do appreciate the time you took to help out us computer geeks :)
Super post! Made me tired watching it and you still had another hog and a steer to go.
It also gives me a greater appreciation for the work of my grandfather doing that without those tools or even electricity for that matter. I was too young to help, but I did get to watch the process.
