Hi everyone its been awhile since I've posted but I would just like to say thank you. This forum has done so much for me. I built my reverse smoker with the help from omar and ribwizzard and got a lot of recipies and advice from everyone. It has all come to a head as tomorrow morning I start in my very first BBQ Competition and hopefully with everything I have learned I will get in the top ten. I just found out that I will be competing against Johnny Trigg. I am so stoked. So once again thank all of you and I will let you all know how I do.
