Last spring my son and I both each bought an $80 Brinkman Electric Smoker. While searching for information I discovered this amazing site. I really appreciate the vast amount of info, recipes and great photos. I have learned so much by reading these threads and I really like how everyone is so encouraging to newbies with questions.

I have been reading and smokin' all summer (every weekend almost) learning from my mistakes and how to handle the limitations of my smoker. I appreciate everyone here and thank you all for turning me into a "smokin' fiend!
