I'm from Alabama. I was doing research on how to build your own smoker and almost every search I did had this website. So figured I would just join. I have a 250 gallon propane tank that has been aired out and soaked with soapy water. I know it's going to be a reverse flow smoker. I don't want to cut in to it until I know where I can get some parts. Or figure out what I need to fabricate the grill and stuff. Any help is welcomed.
