I'm a smoking gal that has been lurking on the forums for a few months now. It's time to join. I started smoking back around April of this year. I have a Smoke Hollow electric smoker and thanks to this forum I've been able to put out some tasty food with my box. I've purchased an A-MAZE-N 5x8 thanks to you all's recommendations and the direction of the owner who was fantastic communicating with me with recommendations. I LOVE it! (So much better than babysitting wood chips!) I'm now moving into sausage-making and am looking forward to the expertise available here. Glad to have this resource of many fine individuals.
