Just wanted to thank all of you who posted welcome threads for the Newbie in Minnesota. Still waiting for the weather to warm up a bit. Supposed to get below zero for about the next 5 days. Geeeze,ya gotta love these minnesota winters....Haha.

your welcome steve.........but below zero is NO excuse NOT to smoke........i have dun it.......i smoke below freezing weather all the time.....did the last 2 weekends, and plan on it next weekend.....a butt and abts.......i know iowa is NOT minni-soda........but we get our fare share of cold weather.........

If I can make it to the garage to get the smoker out then I can smoke. I live in North Dakota, it gets cold here like Minnesota. It just help keep the bugs away from the food. Glad your here. Smoke on.
