I have been grilling for more years than I care to remember.  I have been through two weber kettles and now I have moved on to a Big Green Egg.  I use Royal Oak lump charcoal.  I live in Saint Louis, MO and Grill or smoke all year long.  Baby Back ribs are on the egg right now.
