Orlando, Florida
I've been in Florida since 1987 and haven't been doing any real bar b que stuff since I left Texas. But, recently I built my new smoker / cooker and have released a passion I've missed for years. I'm looking forward to learning and having fun sharing with others the benifits of our labor.

Ther isn't much natural wood to cook with here (Orlando, Florida) but oak. But I just have to buy other types that is shipped in. In Texas I just went out back and gathered some misquite and fired up the cooker.

All is well, I smoked some tuna today that I caught in the Keys.

Thanks

Terry

Tex, you can head south. Being in Orlando you are use to the traffic by now. Now the North Fl gathering would be more suited. Wide open places, plenty of trees and woods to use in your smoker. Keep an eye out for that one and welcome aboard.
