Awhile back I Modded my MES 30 with Dave Omak's Mods, Dave helped quite a bit. Here are the the results of the first test cook.
Used a 2.5 lb Chuckie
All rubbed and wrapped up for a good nights chill
Ready to do it's duty
AMNPS doing it's thing
Thin Blue ?
Pretty even oven Temp
Removed @ 150 a little sauce and Dr Pepper, wrapped to 205
Done oh boy hard to wait for for the nap

Used off-brand pellets
Good burn in AMNPS
I am happy with the results of these Mods, need to make a permanent tent for the AMNPS, The angle changed temps. Looking forward to the next test. Again Thanks DAVE
