I have a masterbuilt 2 door propane unit. For some reason the temp gauge started sticking yesterday. Anyone know how to fix it or have the same problem?

Buy a maverick et732 from Todd at amazenproducts.com. You won't regret it. Factory therms are notoriously inaccurate. I've had a 732 for almost a couple years and love it. Makes your life a lot easier knowing your meat and smoker temp without leaving your chair.

Walmart sells a cheap wired thermometor. I don't remember the name of it. Check the kitchen or BBQ section of your local stores.

As long as it gives a true reading it will be fine. I have a couple of differant cheapies. don't remember where I got them I also have a maverick.Which is great. It is a remote....Even after I got the maverick i still use the others. I can put them in differant pieces so I cam keep an eye on everything. So It is not money wasted to buy what you can afford. Then upgrade later.

Happy smoken.

David
