Ok this is the tank I got from a friend who used it for a grill I'm thinking it could be made into a decent smoker. Ideas????

yep like richtee said, side firebox and reverse flow and clean her up, paint it and fire it up and show off qview!!!!! nice find

I must admit reverse flow sounds good if I can pull it off

Great find piney! Make the door a little bigger, add a firebox on the stack end, some tunin plates, welder ta a trailer an yall be in smoker heaven! Somebody done did mosta the work fer ya!

Whats the Diameter and the length of the tank? Do you want to leave it in one location or be able to move it?

I am Rich on the reverse flow idea:-)

Steve

I ddn't measure the tank Steve guessing 5-6' long not sure diameter. I'll probally end up with it on a trailer but not sure yet
