Anybody ever had this show? What research I've done points to a stiff shifter,bad wiring,fuse or sensor as the main culprits but wouldn't mind some input from anyone who have had this show.
A buddy of mine had this on his truck. Turned out to be the ABS sensor on his. But sounds like there is a laundry list of possibilities.

I have had an OBDII sensor for many years and it has not only saved many trips to a dealership but has also made it way easier diagnosing problems with my vehicles out of warranty.
The only time it didn't help was when rodents chewed up the wiring harness in my wife's RAV4. It tossed up a bunch of false codes and you could not see the damage until it was on a lift.
