The day started a bit rocky with struggling to get to temp. Notice some leakage around the door seal. After temp fixing that with some stove gasket GTG!

Did 1 whole turkey and two breasts herb butter injected with a savory rub. 1 breast with a HOT salsa verde butter inject and a hot pepper cumin based rub. Finishing touch is 12 Disney drumsticks. All turned out great but I have to say the drumsticks are AMAZING! It is my first but far from last time on those.

Looks really good to me, that is some fine looking turkey.
