My wife surprised me with a nice Tuna Steak (her and my son do not like fish) just because. So I was getting it ready to cook it for dinner tonight and was going to pan sear it since I did not feel like getting the smoker heated up for one piece of fish.
She says why don't you grill it you will like it better. So I told her why I was going to Pan sear it and she goes out into the garage and comes back in with a Weber Smokey Joe Silver 14.5" grill. Just because she loves me and I mentioned It would be nice to have a small grill for little things.
Think I am going to keep her.
Grilled with a little Citrus Sea Salt an onion and some asparagus (used a small amount of orange wood chips).
Came out beautiful pink inside.
