Hoping all the best for a complete recovery for you. Take it easy, but do as the therapists suggest. After I broke my wrists and had a plate installed on the one, I thought the therapist was a sadistic SOB, what with some of the things I had to do to regain mobility, function and strength. Today, I'm awfully grateful. Godspeed.

After having them injected several times and it not helping they operated on my left elbow Sept 14th.
While I was out they injected another tendon in hopes that would heal it or at least buy time before another surgery to repair it.

Piney, if injecting it didn't work, maybe next time the Doctor could use a good dry rub. HA HA
Hopefully all the bad days are behind you and you pull through this with flying colors.
