I wrapped some chicken breasts and leftover pork tenderloin and provilone in some bacon and cooked them on the mini WSM @ 300* for a cpl hours, fried some potatoes on the kettle, and finished with a peach brown betty in the Dutch Oven. That's what we called supper tonight.

Jarjar , start on the stovetop (I know , you're trained,but...) and test it on the staff . Maybe on your Clan at home

No matter how much training someone has. They can always still learn things. Sometimes I see so many ideas on this site it makes my head spin. My wife just looks at me with that look of here we go again!!!We have a guy here that does a turkey every year in a trash can. It comes out pretty good. I like the idea of using the charcole that is left from a smoke to make a yummy dessert. Desserts go over well at my house..
