Since I've really been getting into this smoking thing brisket was the obvious next step. I also managed to do a small pork shoulder for pulled pork. Brisket was simple SPOG pulled pork was a thrown together rub I've had success with. The brisket was about 3 hours quicker than expected and pork took significantly longer than expected. Wrapped brisket and started pork. Used mesquite for brisket and cherry/Apple for pork. Pics below.
