Sunday's small prime rib

Did my first small prime ....

rubbed and getting started

1/2 done....

didnt use lump this time... Depot had a sale... used mequite chunks

sliced....

used butter and a little magic dust rub in these... rolled them in foil and put em in the cook chamber near the firebox end near the end of the smoke....

Thats better Mark. Looks real good. I size mine before I upload them to photobucket.

On the edit tab, If you click on Image, and then skew, I use the 30%. That should do it for ya, then you can send that resized file to photobucket. I hope I helped!

Looks great, and SIZE doesn't matter. It's how you use it (with the rest of your meal) LOL
