Had a decent pork loin cut into chops on the charcoal grill last night, saved a nice end for today's smoke. Found 6 chicken legs at the store this morning, marked down to $1.50. Why not do both on the smoker?
So the legs are lollipop style with basic spices and the loin has salt, pepper, oil, onion powder, etc.
The Wife made a roast beef crock pot meal this morning, so the kids and her will have that, and I'll have snack on this:
