Made a rack of Spare Ribs for the Mrs. and me. Used Jeff's Original Rub, we really love this. Cooked on my MES 40 for 6 hours at 235'. Wrapped at 3 hours. Came out very tender and juicy. The Mrs. approved.
Here it is rubbed and ready to wrap overnight in fridge.
On to the MES 40 at noon. Directly on rack, bone side down.
Thin Blue Smoke thanks to my new AMNPS tube, just came in this week. Stayed lit 4.5 hours, much better than the pellet tray.
Unwrapped after a little rest, finished very nice. I added some honey and brown sugar prior to wrapping at 3 hour mark.
Cut up and ready to devour.
Plated with Rice a Roni and Texas Toast, Corn on the Cob not ready yet. No veggies today, just kept it simple.
Used Jeff's Original Sauce for the first time, and it was excellent! Just a simple meal we like often.
Thanks for looking.
Mike
