I didn't get a pic of the ribs in the package...but we had 3 slabs of St. Louis style from Costco. I have a Brinkman (Red) electric smoker and the ribs were longer than the grate...so we had to cut them a bit. The Chef was showing us how he does his ribs for Competitions. So here are the pics. They were yummy!
