Seems like I make up more ribs on Sunday than any other day of the week.

Now that you say that your exactly right I normally do them on Sunday too

Baked potato covered in smoked pulled chicken sour cream cheese and homemade bbq sauce with some leftover slaw and potato salad on the side(not that I needed potato salad with a baked potato but hell why not). Cheap beer to wash it down.
