Hello All -
Having some family over today for dinner. Gonna serve three racks of baby-backs, two beer-can chickens, and I'm going to try my first fatty. I came across some red oak logs that I've split into more manageable chunks. I've never heard anyone say how oak is, but I'm gonna give it a try.
