Well another successful Beer Can Chicken. I usually don't deal with the barnyard pimp but these I am killing for. Great snadwhiches for sure. Only issue is time frame for cooking seems to take a while. I suppose I need to raise the temp as I start with 225 and let it sit. Closer to the end I bumped it to 255. Put it on right around 1030 finished 745. Oh well old faithfull did the job as well

Nice color, looks great.

I have yet to smoke a chicken (did a turkey). I may have to break down and do one after the holiday.
I did turkey legs is all. The chicken makes great sandwhiches for my lunch all week
