Decided to cook a rib roast. Injected with minors Au jus mix. Cooked at 225 until it reached 125 and then I seared it in a cast iron.

Seared and sliced up. I really liked that minors injection. I also used it to spray on it every 30 mins

I see one , the others have to be clicked on , which I don't do .
