The first ones I made were right off the computer . Just google it. Or you can purchase the pre mixed seasonings from several companies . I have been buying the pre mix and experimenting with several kinds.
 
Do a search on here for Disco's recipes. He has alot of great stuff and I've used his SS recipe several times recently and its great.
 
Here is the one I have been using and while some of my other recipes have changed from when I started a few years back, this one is always a crowd pleaser and will not likley get tinkered with to much. I do add mustard seed because I think sausage needs mustard seed.

I ordered some of the Leggs seasonings today.

I use the following:

2 parts Lean Ground Venison and 1 part Ground Beef or Ground Pork

Ingredients per pound.....

1/2 TBSP Morton's Quick Cure
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/2 tsp Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
