I have some jalepeno summer mix from High mountain and would like to use it to make snack sticks.. Is there any problems with this?

not as long as you follow the instructions and use cure in the mix. I think most stick recipes are modified SS recipes anyways

Sure you can make SS sticks. Just adjust the mix for whatever poundage of sticks your making.
