Thanks, it came out pretty good. I'm already thinking about my next batch. Perhaps put some smoked cheese. And some sort of hot peppers mixed in?
 
it's a tad salty.
I was going to ask you that . Seems alot of TSM stuff can be salty . I use a long spoon to get to the bottom of the jar and mix . Then I turn it upside down the night before .

This was a single 5 pound portion pouch. So, that shouldn't have been a issue. But I do have some larger containers of their spice. And I will remember your tip about this. Thanks!
 
Maybe some smoked habanero cheese? Or dare I say, ghost peppers?

Smoked Habanero cheese sounds interesting. I used smoked cheddar though. I was also thinking about using smoked horseradish next time..
