I was going to ask you that . Seems alot of TSM stuff can be salty . I use a long spoon to get to the bottom of the jar and mix . Then I turn it upside down the night before .it's a tad salty.

Thanks, it came out pretty good. I'm already thinking about my next batch. Perhaps put some smoked cheese. And some sort of hot peppers mixed in?
Maybe some smoked habanero cheese? Or dare I say, ghost peppers?
