Suggestions for a large Pellet Smoker

My VERY humble opinion that is to be taken with a grain of salt, is to keep what you have and buy a compliment to it. Use your Pitboss for smaller cooks, and fire both smokers up for those bigger cooks. Of course, porch space and spousal approval are needed here. Don't forget the hit you will take if you sell your Pitboss. I wish you luck. Lots of ways to go on this one, and I appreciate what you are doing for your church! Welcome to the site.

Thank you for your kind words. I am thinking of the possibility of just adding an medium size vertical smoker.
