Suggestions for 10lb pork shoulder

I have a thawed 10lb pork shoulder that's gonna be smoked this weekend.
Just for fun I am curious how and what I should do with it. Share your ideas and I will share the results of my best choice. Happy smoking.

cut it in half and take one half inject with enchilada sauce and smoke until 205 IT shred and make pulled pork tacos/burritos/enchiladas.

i have done this before...its really good!
