Took a bit longer than I expected... More like 3-2-2.5, but they were juicy and delicious. I did rub some oil on them first the night before with my dry rub. I added a bit of charcoal to my MES30, which gave it an awesome aroma and flavor. For the "2" I basted in Coca-Cola and Bourbon... again great flavor. I smoked in Pecan. Nice bark.
