Looks great!! I remember years ago when I had a mid-life crisis I must have eaten stovetop stuffing so many different ways it is funny. Even good for breakfast!!!lol!! Anyway nice looking loin.

the chef was just talken to me we both had a few cold ones.
for a 4$ pork roast and a cheap box of stuffing and pepper can't beat it.
