Strami Brat Reuben

Picked up some Portuguese Rolls for the Brats a heavier sandwich.
Split some Brats to fit the roll cover with kraut Then some Swiss Cheese

Melted the Cheese in the Microwave

I just finished a couple of pastrami's yesterday.
In the fridge overnight, so I'll be slicing them this AM.
I'm sure we will have a couple of Reuben's for lunch & dinner!
