Bottle of TNT right there. Now what?

Put a pinch on some diced potatoes that I'll roast later.

All I know is when I grinded the peppers some of that dust made through the mask and that was all I needed to know!

That's a lifetime supply! I have some dehydrated habanero powder I love. I also have some super hot blend that is insane.

Still working on 2023s scorpion and ghost powder!
I guess so . Lol . Get some sweet peppers from the store and dry them out .
Cranberries , onions ,,, and some turbinado sugar .
Dry the cranberries and the onions and grind them up . Mix it together and use the raw sugar to bring it together , Makes a great rub . I use pineapple , but I know you mention cranberry in your brines .

We're still working on a bunch of dried Jolokia's I grew when I had a bumper crop in 2016. You have to really let it settle after grinding them in the bean grinder otherwise you'll get a snoot-full!

We tend to cut the Jolokia powder with cayenne since we like heat, but we don't want to suffer the consequences in the middle of the night.

I like it hot but I have limits.

Limits >>--------------------------------------------------------->>Reapers

Spice measuring spoons to sprinkle dose without fingers or accidentally dump a pile in one spot. tad 1/4t, dash 1/8t, pinch 1/16t and smidgen 1/32t. A dash or a pinch for a whole pizza.
