slice and vacuum pack then freeze,   the rub is made by me,  looks like a glaze on it, right amount of sugar surprised that it didn't turn black.

next id like to do a bunch of ribs,  Christmas dinner or just giveaway portions of it as gifts. also a few turkeys and other meats for my neighbors around here,  last year i gave them all smoked salmon just for something different,

The brisket looks awesome!  I'm about to put on some baby back ribs myself in a few hours!  All this talk is making me hungry!
