This is still one of my favorite knives in the kitchen. Oh…….and it does a bang up job on corned beef. Sorry, no plate shot tonight.

What brand is it? I've bought 3 or 4 off of Amazon, and returned them all.
My mother has an old electric knife that she used in the family restaurant in the 70's and 80's, I told her to add it to her Will with my name on it. The thing is an absolute beast, I'm sure I could cut a whole cow in half with the thing. The ones I bought off Amazon couldn't even cut through Irish soda bread, without excessive pressure.

Thanks.
Dan

This is an old GE knife. Probably early 60's if I were to venture a guess.

I have my mother's GE knife which was also made back in 67 I believe.

The electric hand mixer I sold at the estate sale after my dad passed. In hindsight that was kinda stupid as it worked and worked well.
