I'm josh im from se ky I use charcoal grill and an infared deep fryer for the time being it produces some great results this spring I plan to build a wood smoker

thanks its pretty darn cold here in ky as well it started out at 17 deg this am now were up to 21

yeah been looking things over im looking at something smaller but evevated off the ground seen a ceader sideing one I liked
