I always forget to buy these things but finally remembered when they were on sale.
They were smoked 3 hours at 200 degrees then panned in a makeshift pan with butter, brown sugar and BBQ sauce

and cooked another two hours or so. Potatoes in foil is always easy.
These were amazing and many napkins were used. These Riblets are a good alternative to regular pork ribs for price.

Screw the napkins. Give me a roll of paper towels!!! Those riblets look mighty fine to me Ishi
