Steaks for Lunch

Pulled a couple of the NY Strips put of the deep freeze for lunch today. Seasoned with SSPOG and have them over some coals on the Weber 14" kettle with my new grate I just got in the mail.

They are dry noodles with the packets in them, one is a chili crisp oil and the other has green onion and other spices. They are spicy and kinda bouncy and delicious. My wife does tiktok and she gets them for us.

Gotcha. I ran into some gochujang butter noodles like that at sprawl mart recently and love them.

I got the grate from Amazon. It is a Weber grate at $13.98+tax. I also liked your transition from great to grate thank you for the like.
