hey guys i started smoking m
this is the first bbq i built it is propane with 6 55000 btu burners
eat and bbqing hardcore 2 years ago and i am really loving it and want to sell my bbq at events on weekends as a side job. i built a big trailor bbq a year ago and it works well but the more i am getting into it i realized the bbq i built is not made for my kind of cooking. so i have had it up for sale for about 5 months now and have finally sold it . i have a wad of cash in my pocket and would like to build a nother, i cant decide wether i want to build 2 smoker bbqs on 1 trailer with 2 seperate fire boxes. or just 2 seperate trailers with 1 bbq smoker on each . and also i dont know if reverse flow is better or just user tuning plates? so if there are any experianced builders out there that could help me with the design and measurements of the fire box stuff like that so i dont have to go through all the trial and error. pictures would be awesome thanks guys oh and i have 2 old propane tanks for the grill that are about 4 feet long and 3 feet wide
