That was a long night. Pool, cold drinks, fire smoking, girls heading over. Needless to say I called in sick the next day. Lol
She isn't home on my patio now. Tonight I loaded her full with mesquite wood. Light her up and letting her get mesquite. Seasoned The plan isn't to start cooking again tomorrow.
Old fashion heat checks. Non light candles. Notice they are evenly liquified at the bottom of each glass.
