When I got my Smokin Pro we were going to get rid of my other charcoal grill & just use it as my grill & smoker. Well...after doing some negotiating with the boss
I'm keeping them both & going to use the Smokin Pro just for smoking. So this weekend I'm planning on extending the smoke stack down to almost grate level & getting something on the firebox side to even out the temps inside! I'll post up pics when I start.
