Standing rib roast...sorry, i couldnt wait

So after seeing the Publix rib roasts on sale I went and picked up 2 of them. I had to cook one today. Into the pid modified mes30 it went at 225 for 4 hours and 1 hr at 240. Pulled it at 120 IT. Sliced, seasoned and cast iron seared to finish. Still medium rare. Delicious.

Thanks all, there are 4 of us and there is easily enough for 3 meals here. If you have a Publix near by these are on sale until the 14th for 6.79/lb.
