Standing Rib Roast Smoking Style

Decided to do a Standing Rib on the smoker. Using Hickory and Mesquite wood and 6-7 hours under 200 Degrees. QView will be soon, gotta get it off the phone!

You might want to try this on the qview next time as a lot of people don't like leaving the site to view your images...


How to post Qview to Forum:

When you uploading to Photobucket I always use the Large IMG setting, 640 x 480 it is a nice size...
