Stainless steel UDS

I like , practically everyone on this site. Have been kicking around building a UDS. With the variance of a stainless steel drum. I've done a bit of shopping looks like a used one will cost me about $200. I live in SE SC & the humidity does a job on anything metal. I figured stainless would last indefinately. I'm aware of how problematic stainless can be to work with but the benefits would surely out weigh that. Any reason no one has made a stainless one that I've seen?

there are some on youtube you can see.  they are nice.  just pricey and hard to work with.
