Thanks so much Disco. Like I said earlier, I was pretty happy with the finished product. When I started smoking ribs, I would always wrap my ribs for fear they would dry out. But I'm really liking the texture with no wrap, and they were nowhere near dry. Thanks Again!!! :biggrin:
Thanks CM. Buster is also my official taster, but I think he's bias, because he loves any sort of meat I smoke (and in this case potato too)!!!:biggrin:
