Got tired of PB found locally. So I ordered some from SRF.

After cure (14ish days) coated one with black pepper and garlic. The other with white pepper and garlic.

Then cooled for a day and plastic wrapped for a week then sliced.

Looks fantastic, Jim!! I need to cure some bacon, but currently I don't have a slicer. Hope to change that soon, though...
On my bucket list to try. Need to get a slicer first though. Looks amazing.
A nice chill and a long slicing knife works. I like my slicer but it's a pain to clean.
Bacon looks great! I like that mat, too. Wish I had one.
It's a disposable cutting board. I get them from Academy. About a 1.00 apiece.

Great looking bacon Jim and congrats on the ride! Gotta try that soon and looks like the SRF is the way to go.
