Has any one made “spitzmuir”? The spelling may be incorrect, but that’s the best I could come up with. Anyway, I’ve had some from abut her shop in South Dakota, and would really like to try make this myself. It is a seasoned, dried beef sausage, I would be grateful for any help here.
