Now thats some good looking jerky dan. Thats the way I like it to alittle thicker and with a little pull to it.

I may go get the GOSM Friday this week or next week. The spice i used was a packet that was in the box that came with the JERKY SHOOTER (Hot and spicey) It would have have been better with red pepper flakes or a dash or two of cayenne pepper. (Im wondering how it would be to add a teaspoon of habenero pepper juice.)
